If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your coaching experience and feel that it has not met your expectations, I will provide a full refund of your coaching fee. My aim is to ensure that you are genuinely happy with the value you receive from my services.

To request a refund under my Happiness Assurance, please email hello@hayleykyte.coach within seven days of your coaching session. Kindly include your name, session date, and a brief explanation of your concerns. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as it helps me improve my coaching services for future clients.

Please note that the Happiness Assurance applies exclusively to the coaching fee and does not cover any associated expenses or third-party fees incurred during the coaching process (for example, CliftonStrengths assessment fees.)
